Warranty Policy

Arcane Lights warranty lasts 6 months from the date of purchase. Any product repairs beyond 6 months will be subject to a repair or replacement fee.

Arcane Lights warranty covers the functionality of our products including the LED lights, battery option, and the micro-controller. Issues related to LED lights not lighting up, flickering, or the controls not working are covered under warranty and will be repaired or replaced as needed.

Physical damage including but not limited to cracks in the frame, broken plastic, and broken LED boards are not covered under our warranty. Repairs are still provided for all products but will be subject to a repair fee.

For warranty issues the buyer must cover shipping the product back to Arcane Lights. Please ensure the product is adequately packaged with cushioning material. If the product arrives significantly damaged due to improper packaging it may be subject to an additional repair fee. We will inspect the product and repair and/or replace it as needed and cover the shipping back to you.
