Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How long do the batteries last in your products?
A: It heavily depends on the product and usage.
For our LED Goggles and Glasses typical battery life is:
- 8-12 hours on low brightness
- 6-10 hours on medium brightness, and
- 4-8 hours on high brightness
Q: I really like one pattern, how can I keep the goggles on that one?
A: All our products "Save" the current mode and color each time you change them. If you turn the product off and back on, it will resume the previous color and pattern.
Q: Are your products waterproof?
A: No. Please do your best to protect them against rain and other liquids. Like most electronics they do not play well in the rain, and with prolonged exposure rain will damage the LED lights.
Q: Do you accept requests for custom patterns?
A: Generally speaking we do not update the patterns on our products unless we bring out a new generation. However, we are always open to new ideas. Your best bet would be to contact us to discuss things, but we can't promise custom work all the time.
Q: How quickly do orders ship?
A: Most orders ship within 1-2 days.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: For US orders we ship from Montana via USPS. Typical delivery time is 3-5 days once shipped
A: For Canadian Orders we use Canada Post Xpresspost. Typical delivery time is 3-5 days once shipped.
A: For Worldwide orders we use Canada Post Tracked Packet. Delivery time varies by country and customs. Typical delivery time is 1-3 weeks.
Q: I'm having product problems, do your products have a warranty?
A: Absolutely! All our products come with 6 months warranty coverage. If you have any issues with them please contact us.
Q: How can I get my product repaired or replaced under warranty?
A: We ask that you mail the defective set back to us so that we can see what went wrong and then we will ship a replacement set back to you.
Q: Who covers shipping for warranty replacements?
A: Generally we split the shipping costs for warranty. Meaning you would cover the shipping back to us and we would cover shipping to you. The exception being if the product is damaged in transit and you contact us within a week of it arriving, then we will cover shipping both directions.
Q: What happens if my product breaks outside the 6 month warranty?
A: We will always support our products regardless of how long it has been. Please contact us and we will find a way to help out. Depending on the issue there may be a small repair fee.
Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations:
Q: I received my product and would like to exchange it for a different style. Do you accept exchanges?
A: Yes, we allow exchanges within 14 days of receiving your product. Simply ship them back to us and we will exchange them for a different style.
Q: Do you accept product returns?
A: Yes, we allow returns within 14 days provided they have not been heavily used. Please note we charge a $10 restocking fee to cover our original shipping costs. Once we have received the item in return, we will credit back your purchase price minus the $10 fee.
Q: Can I cancel my product order?
A: If your order has not shipped yet than generally yes you can cancel it. Once the shipping label has been created though we are unable to cancel the order. Please note that we do package items up during the day so there is the possibility that we are in the process of sending your order out and may not see the cancellation request immediately. Please do your best to send it as soon as possible.
Q: Is your website secure to order from?
A: Absolutely! We use Shopify as our platform which is one of the largest e-commerce platforms in the world. None of your financial information is ever transmitted or shown to us.
